What is Rockin’ Cotton for a Cause? The Rockin’ Cotton for a Cause Ultimate Happy Hour is an event to help raise money for local charities! It’s a combination of tuxedo shirts, drinks, entertainment, fun, AND raising money for a cause–sounds great, huh?
Since Unformal Wear strives to be more than just a t-shirt company, the founder of the site, Matt Cohen, knew there could be a way to use his creations to help a disease plaguing so many. Cohen teamed up with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, local talent Matt Spitko, DrinkPhilly.com, and the Field House to make it happen! The result of his commitment to giving back is the first Unformal Wear Ultimate “Open Bar” Happy Hour, to be held on Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at the Field House in Center City, Philadelphia! The happy hour will raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for childhood cancer.
How can you join in the fun? Head to the Field House (1150 Filbert Street, Philadelphia PA) on July 22nd from 5- 8p.m. (there is street parking and $6 valet parking so don’t worry about where you are going to park your car!). $30 at the door gets you a limited edition tuxedo shirt (available to the first 100), 2-hour open bar, live entertainment by Matt Spitko, a $10 donation to ALSF, $5 appetizers, and a chance to win some great prizes!
Come out and have a great time Rockin’ Cotton for a Cause and knowing that your attendance positively contributes to finding a cure for Childhood Cancer :)
See you there!
